Kinetic Chain Release (KCR) is the protocol that was founded and developed by Hugh Gilbert, P.T.
It is a simple, easy system of passive stretches and mobilizations designed to help/assist in bringing the physical and energetic body back into balance, potentially providing gentle relief from discomfort.

A KCR session is approximately 50 min. (10 min consultation and 40-45 min session) Rates Adults - $65 ( Ages 18- up) Adult (Veterans) - $60 (THANK YOU for your Service) Children $45 ( Age up to 17)
A KCR session can be performed on a children and adults. Clients under 18 years of age MUST have their parent or legal guardian present during the session. Please wear comfortable clothing, no jeans , dresses or skirts. Socks and Shoes will be removed for the session. We ask that all clients wear a Mask
What happens during a KCR session? You lie fully clothed on a massage table during the protocol KCR does not use any adjustments or manipulation, You are in control of the session, and you have permission to halt/stop the session at any point merely by saying the word "Stop"
What should I do after my KCR session?
Drink lots of Water
Three daily stretches will sustain the benefits of KCR. You will be shown these stretches as part of your KCR session and receives a "Take Home" sheet of these stretches

What happens after KCR? Everyone's experience will be different, some feel the benefits during treatment, some a few minutes to a few hours later. Everyone body is unique in how it responds to this protocol.
How many sessions will I need? To assist in bringing your body back into balance especially following injury, you are likely to need 1-3 sessions. People in contact or high impact sports e.g.football, Dance, Gymnastics, etc or in a job where they continually challenge their posture, may need ongoing ‘maintenance’ KCR. Ultimately YOU decide what YOU need.
Who should not have KCR? Pregnant women – after the 1st trimester until 6 weeks after giving birth. Anyone suffering from Osterogenesis imperfecta.
